There has been a delay in finalising the assessment report and economic model for this appraisal.  As a result this appraisal has been rescheduled: the Appraisal committee meeting planned for 10 January 2012 has been cancelled and the first Appraisal Committee meeting will now take place on Thursday 8 March 2012.
