Project history

Date Update 25 January 2010 Please note that NICE has now been informed that the manufacturer for Bevacizumab (Roche) has proposed an amendment to the patient access scheme and this is currently subject to discussion between the manufacturer and the Department of Health. In order to allow for consideration of the impact of amendment to the patient access scheme on clinical and cost effectiveness, the Appraisal Committee will discuss this topic again at its meeting on 25 March 2010. Therefore the discussion scheduled for 27 January 2010 will not be taking place. 28 May 2010 The ACD for this topic cannot yet be released for consultation due to further issues raised by the manufacturer regarding confidentiality of information. We will let you know as soon as possible when we can proceed to ACD consultation and apologise that we cannot provide more clarity about the future timelines for this appraisal. Therefore this will not be discussed at the committee meeting on 23rd June 2010.
