CG99 Constipation in children and young people: template discharge advice

A discharge advice template has been developed for use by clinical services for the parents/carers, of a child or young person with constipation.  The sheet contains useful information on the range of factors which influence the management of this condition at home.

It can be adapted to incorporate local contact details and services
