CG93 Donor breast banks: donors checklist

NICE and the UK Association for Milk Banking have worked together to produce a ‘Donors do it safely’ checklist which can be used by donor breast milk bank services as part of implementing their Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) policy.

It is available in Word format and can either be used as a template for services to develop their own safety checklist for donors, or it can be downloaded and personalised by clicking on the header to enter the name of the milk bank.
