CG92 Venous thromboembolism - reducing the risk: quick reference guide

Corrections have been made to the gastrointestinal surgery and gynaecological, thoracic and urological surgery pathways on page 16. This is to clarify the use of extended pharmacological VTE prophylaxis in patients having major cancer surgery in the abdomen or pelvis.
