CG124 Hip fracture: implementation advice

This advice tool considers implementation issues that are specific to the guideline on Hip fracture. It provides practical suggestions for action to help those responsible for planning and implementing the guideline. This includes relevant healthcare professionals, operational management and commissioners.
It will help implementers identify recommendations in the guideline that are not part of current practice, and suggests actions that could be taken. Its aim is to give direction when implementing a specific piece of NICE guidance.

This implementation advice was updated in March 2012 to include the NICE quality standard and to update information content. The NICE guideline has not changed
